Mirjam Locadia (1976) has worked as Theme Manager at the foundation since October 2009. She manages projects aimed at developing literacy skills in children and young people.
Before joining the foundation, Mirjam worked as Head of Operations at Body & Soul, a London-based charity supporting children, teenagers and families living with HIV. There, she was responsible for the efficient operation of the organisation on a day to day basis. Between 2005 and 2007 she worked for PharmAccess Foundation where she managed HIV workplace programmes for companies in Africa, Latin-America and the Middle-East.
After graduating in Psychology at the University of Groningen, Mirjam obtained a PhD in Medicine at the University of Amsterdam.
