Alexandra Jankovich studied Business Administration at the University of Groningen, after which she worked as a consultant at McKinsey Company. At Elsevier Science she held various positions focusing on electronic publishing and marketing. She worked for Elsevier in New York and, in Amsterdam, was Director Corporate Marketing and Project Manager of the strategic alliance between Elsevier Science and Microsoft. Between 2000 and 2002 she was Managing Director Benelux of the Internet company www.lastminute.com. Since 2002 she has advised companies on strategy, business development and marketing.
